Multi Modular Cable Tester Network
REF: CT007
Specifications
- UTP network cable and coaxial cable tester, which also detects the pin-out of the cables.
- Allows testing of 10Base-T, 100BaseTX, 1000-BaseTX and BNC 10Base2 UTP cables
- Ideal for checking the continuity of cables or verifying their crimping.
- It allows the testing of small network cables or cables already installed, as it has two modules (local and remote).
- The local module has two female RJ45 connectors and a line of 8 LEDs for pin-to-pin verification (origin and destination).

More info
UTP and BNC network cable tester that also detects the pin-out of the cables. Allows testing of BNC 10Base2, UTP 10Base-T, 100BaseTX and 1000-BaseTX cables. It allows the testing of small network cables or cables already installed as it has two modules (local and remote). The local module is completely autonomous since it has 2 female RJ45 connectors to connect both ends of the cables to be tested and 2 lines of 8 LEDs for pin-to-pin verification (origin and destination). The remote module has 1 female RJ45 connector and a line of 8 LEDs to check the status of the cable pin by pin.

RJ45
When we talk about RJ45 ("Registered Jack" 45) we refer to a telecommunications network interface for wired connection of voice and data equipment.
This connector has 8 pins or connections and may have a specific category depending on the data transfer speed and bandwidth (category 5e, 6, etc.)
The common application is their use in Ethernet network cables under TIA/EIA-568-B standard that defines the arrangement of pins (pinout), but can also be used for other applications.
